All white meat chicken salad surrounded with fresh fruit and a warm muffin.
Chilled Wedge
Iceberg lettuce over a balsamic drizzle, topped with Maytag bleu cheese dressing, tomatoes, bacon, and croutons. Served with a grilled chicken breast.
Classic Caesar Salad
Fresh romaine, garlic croutons, tomatoes, shaved Parmesan cheese, our Caesar dressing, and choice of grilled or blackened chicken.
Hot Slaw
Thinly sliced fresh cabbage, with our sweet and sour dressing and topped with pecan-wood smoked bacon.

Tossed Romaine, Iceberg, and leaf lettuce served with your choice of dressing.

Country fried chicken breast, pecan-wood bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sage aioli on toasted wheat bread.
The Tousey Burger*
A char-grilled hand patty burger topped with Fred’s Pimento cheese, pecan-wood bacon, and arugula, on a toasted bun.

Alaskan Halibut
Our halibut is served gratinee style. That is, topped with crab meat, artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, then baked to a golden brown.
Chicken Thighs
Pan roasted and served with mushroom risotto finished with a house made
bourbon-shallot cream.
Pork Chop*
Char-grilled and served with peach pico de gallo, apricot-basil orzo, and finished with a bourbon cider demi glaze.
Ribeye Steak*
Char-grilled and served with tomato-rosemary demi glaze and crispy onion straws.
Tousey Filet*
The most tender of all cuts. Pan seared and served with BLT risotto and topped with a bourbon butter and crispy onion straws.

A Kentucky favorite! Oven roasted turkey, country ham, melted cheese, and mornay sauce over toast points. Topped with pecan-wood smoked bacon and tomato…a real winner.
Tousey’s Pasta
Linguini tossed with garlic, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, roasted asparagus, and your choice of grilled chicken or sautéed shrimp. Served with a house salad.
